Frequently asked questions
Can we mix seat types?
Yes. Most organizations assign Builder seats to implementation leads, Executive seats to managers who need Agent, and User seats to the broader team.
What is @norbital-ai/pod?
Pod is the authoring SDK. You define collections, apps, hooks, automations, and access policies in TypeScript. Core takes that source, builds it in an isolated sandbox, provisions its database, and serves it. Pricing on this page covers running your workspace on Core.
What does Core add on top of pod?
Core provides sandboxed builds, versioned schema migrations, live and preview environments, per-tenant databases, Workspace Studio (including Checkpoints releases), Agent, billing, and multi-tenant operations.
Is there implementation support?
Enterprise customers get a dedicated forward-deployed engineer. Self-serve teams can reach out via the contact page for rollout advice.
